We've got big dreams for Norton County, but many homes and lots need a serious refresh.
Through the Fresh. New. Norton County. program, we’re challenging all residents to flip, renovate, repaint, or build a brand-new home—so we can give our communities a fresh new start and welcome new residents.
Whether you’re a developer, owner of an older home, or a senior looking to move, our eight grant-funded incentive options help you create or move to a home you’ll be proud of. Because when we dream big and act bigger to care for our community’s housing, we can build a beautiful place for people to call home!
Every transformation—no matter how large or small—is helping our community realize a dream and rise to the challenge.
